Fair and simple. If your reading isn't right, we'll make it right or refund you within 30 days.
The short version
We stand behind your reading with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
When you're entitled to a refund
A refund is available if your reading failed to generate, arrived incomplete or unreadable, or clearly doesn't reflect the birth details you provided. Request it within 30 days of purchase.
What's not covered
Because every reading is generated uniquely from your birth chart, we may decline refunds where the reading was delivered correctly and the request is based solely on disagreement with the astrological interpretation. Astrology is provided for entertainment and self-reflection.
How to request one
Email hello@mythora.life from the address you used at checkout, with your order email. Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
