Privacy Policy

Mythora ("we", "us", "our") provides a personalized astrology reading generated from the birth details you give us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@mythora.life.

Quiz answers: your name, birth date, birth time, birth place, and the preference answers you select. We use these solely to calculate your chart and generate your reading.

Purchase information: when you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We receive your email and the amount paid so we can deliver your reading and provide support.

Technical & analytics data: standard information such as your IP address, browser/device type, and pages viewed, plus advertising identifiers (e.g. Meta Pixel cookies) used to measure and improve our ads.

To generate and deliver your personalized reading.

To process your payment, send receipts, and provide customer support.

To measure advertising and improve our website and product.

To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with providers who help us run the service, under contract: Stripe (payments), Anthropic and fal.ai (to generate the reading text and artwork from your chart details), our hosting and database providers, and Meta (advertising measurement). Each only receives what it needs for its function.

AI generation: your chart details are sent to our AI providers to produce your reading. We do not authorize them to use your data to train their models for this purpose.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and for advertising measurement (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API), which may share a hashed version of your email and event data with Meta to attribute and optimize ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your reading and order information for as long as needed to deliver the product, provide support, and meet legal/accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@mythora.life and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have specific rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA respectively, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Mythora is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its last-updated date.
